The Director of the Educational Clinics at the College of Dentistry, Lect. Dr. Kamal Sahib Al-Torfi, conducted an inspection tour yesterday, Saturday (28/3/2026), of the newly established emergency room in the college. He was accompanied by Lect. Dr. Sarmad Al-Rubaie, the official in charge of the room, and the faculty member, Dr. Ammar Al-Araji, alongside representatives from the Follow-up Department. This was to review the level of readiness and the latest updates related to emergency procedures.
The tour witnessed a comprehensive field follow-up of the capabilities available inside the emergency room, including medical devices and technical equipment, as well as a review of the approved work mechanisms for dealing with emergency cases. The importance of adhering to approved standard procedures was emphasized to ensure a rapid response and performance efficiency in providing therapeutic services.
During the tour, Dr. Al-Torfi emphasized the College Deanship's commitment to developing the health infrastructure within the educational clinics, which contributes to providing an integrated and safe therapeutic environment for students and patients. He praised the efforts exerted by the staff supervising the emergency room, who work diligently to elevate the level of services provided, in alignment with approved medical and educational standards.
